BHEF reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by BHEF without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. BHEF may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by BHEF, including but not limited to BHEF marketing materials. Additionally, attendee assumes all risks and accepts sole responsibility for any injury, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability or expense, of any kind, that attendee may experience or incur in connection with attending a BHEF event.*
